Welcome to WILD! Healing 2026 — A Harvest of Medicine. This website, wildgala.com (the "Site"), and the gathering it supports are brought to you by Restore Forward (also referenced at restoreny.org), in partnership with The Wellness Studio (together, "we," "us," or "our"). We care deeply about the people who come into our circle, and that care extends to how we handle your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how and why we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights and choices you have. Please read it alongside any terms posted on the Site.

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and through your interactions with us — including when you email us, express interest in the event, or attend the in-person gathering in Ava, New York. It does not apply to the separate third-party platform that handles ticketing and registration, whose own privacy practices govern the information you provide there. We encourage you to review that provider's privacy policy before completing a purchase.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

We collect the personal information you choose to share with us directly, including when you:

• contact us by email or through a form on the Site;
• express interest in attending, ask a question about the gathering, or request updates;
• communicate with us about logistics, travel, dietary needs, accessibility, or your participation in the in-person gathering; or
• otherwise correspond or communicate with us.

This may include your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the content of your message, and any other details you decide to include. Please share only what you are comfortable providing; you can always reach us with the minimum needed to answer your question.

Sensitive and Health-Related Information

Because WILD! Healing is a wellness and healing gathering that includes a medicine walk, herbalism master classes, plant and herbal content, farm immersion, ceremony, and communal food, you may voluntarily choose to share sensitive details with us — for example, dietary restrictions, food allergies, accessibility requirements, or health considerations relevant to your participation. We ask you to provide such information only where it is genuinely needed, and we use it solely to accommodate your needs and support your safety and comfort at the gathering. Where this information constitutes "special category" or "sensitive" personal data under applicable law, we process it only with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by law, and we do not use it to make decisions that would produce a legal or similarly significant effect on you. The Site and the gathering do not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment services, and information you share with us is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Information Collected at the In-Person Gathering

If you attend the in-person gathering, we (and our partners and service providers) may collect information in connection with your on-site participation, such as check-in and attendance details and the accommodation information you provide. In addition, photographs, audio, and video may be captured at the feast and festival for documentation and promotional purposes; where required, we will provide notice on-site and, where applicable, seek your consent, and you may ask us not to use identifiable images of you by contacting us at info@restoreny.org.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies, such as:

• your IP address and general (approximate) location derived from it;
• device and browser information (device type, operating system, browser type and settings, language, and screen characteristics);
• usage data — the pages and content you view, links you click, the dates and times of your visits, referring/exit pages, and how you navigate the Site; and
• cookie and identifier data used to keep the Site working and to understand how it is used.

Payment Information

We do not directly process payments or collect payment-card details on the Site. Tickets and registration are handled by a third-party ticketing and event platform (for example, via the institute at institute-restoreny.org). Any payment or financial information you enter is collected and processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy, not by us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• to respond to your inquiries, communicate with you, and provide the information or assistance you request;
• to share updates about WILD! Healing 2026 — including schedule, logistics, programming, and related news — where you have asked to hear from us or otherwise consented;
• to coordinate and deliver the gathering, including accommodating dietary, accessibility, and health-related needs you have shared with us;
• to operate, maintain, and secure the Site, prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose technical problems;
• to understand and improve how visitors use the Site, and to make our content and the gathering better;
• to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, our participants, and the public; and
• for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or with your consent.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device, and we (and our service providers) may also use related technologies such as pixels, tags, and local storage. We use these technologies to keep the Site functioning, remember your preferences, measure traffic and performance, and understand how the Site is used.

You have choices about cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, or alert you when a cookie is being set, through their settings menu. You may also be able to control certain analytics or advertising cookies through the tools provided by the relevant vendor. Please note that if you disable some cookies, parts of the Site may not function as intended. How We Share and Disclose Information

We treat your information with respect and share it only as described below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment or other valuable consideration.

• Service providers. We share information with vendors and contractors who perform services for us — such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and technical support — and who are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us.
• Ticketing and event platform. Registration and payment are handled by a third-party ticketing/event provider. If you register, your information is provided to and processed by that platform under its own privacy policy; we may receive limited attendee information from it in connection with the gathering.
• Partners. We collaborate with The Wellness Studio and with the healers, farmers, herbalists, wisdom keepers, physicians, and other partners who help bring WILD! Healing to life. We may share information with such partners only as needed to coordinate and deliver the event, and we ask them to handle it responsibly.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Restore Forward, our participants, or others — including in an emergency involving your health or safety at the gathering.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
• With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including the ticketing/event platform and our partners' sites. We provide these links for your convenience, but we do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. When you leave the Site or interact with a third-party service, this Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site or service you visit.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our Site and service providers are operated primarily in the United States. WILD! Healing welcomes an international audience, so if you access the Site or communicate with us from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and potentially other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps to ensure that cross-border transfers of personal data are subject to appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement). By using the Site or providing us your information, you understand that it may be processed in the United States.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your inquiries, provide event updates you have requested, coordinate your participation, and maintain records — and thereafter as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Health, dietary, and accessibility details shared for the gathering are generally retained only as long as needed to support your participation and are then deleted or de-identified. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. The precise retention period depends on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the personal information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission of information is at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping any credentials you use in connection with the Site or the ticketing platform confidential.

Marketing Choices

Where you have opted in or otherwise consented to hear from us, we may send you updates about WILD! Healing. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at info@restoreny.org. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you non-promotional communications relating to your inquiries or your participation in the gathering.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. We honor the rights described below and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. To make a request, contact us at info@restoreny.org (see Contact Us below). We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the applicable timeframe. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

EU / UK (GDPR) Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights, subject to certain conditions and exceptions:

• Access — to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and a copy of it;
• Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• Erasure — to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
• Restriction — to request that we limit how we process your data;
• Portability — to receive certain data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and, where feasible, have it transmitted to another controller;
• Objection — to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to object at any time to direct marketing; and
• Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Legal bases for processing. We process your personal data where: (a) you have given consent (for example, non-essential cookies, marketing emails, or the sensitive health/dietary details you choose to share); (b) processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, such as operating and improving the Site and communicating with you, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; (c) processing is necessary to take steps at your request before or to perform a contract (for example, responding to your inquiry or coordinating your participation); or (d) processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation. Where we process special-category data (such as health-related information), we do so on the basis of your explicit consent or another lawful basis permitted under Article 9 of the GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in particular, the data protection authority in your country of residence, place of work, or where an alleged infringement occurred (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

California (CCPA / CPRA) Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

• Right to know — to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
• Right to delete — to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
• Right to correct — to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of; if this ever changes, we will update this Policy and provide the required opt-out mechanism; and
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — to the extent we process any "sensitive personal information," you may direct us to limit its use to what is permitted under the CPRA. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing you the services and accommodations you request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights — for example, by denying you services or providing a different level or quality of service. To exercise your California rights, contact us using the details in Contact Us, and we will verify and respond as required by law.

Other U.S. State Rights

Residents of certain other U.S. states may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" of personal information (which, again, we do not engage in). If you are a resident of such a state, you may exercise any applicable rights by contacting us as described in Contact Us, and we will respond as required by the law that applies to you.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 where that is the applicable threshold). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@restoreny.org and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. Because there is not yet a common industry or legal standard for recognizing and responding to DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We will continue to monitor developments and update our practices as appropriate. You can still control cookies and tracking through the tools described in the Cookies and Similar Technologies section above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated Policy here. If we make material changes, we will take additional steps to notify you where required by law. Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy, so we encourage you to review it periodically.
